Is the new BCM flashed to the VIN? Have all applicable fuses been verified as good?
Yes, fuses that are applicable have been checked. Fuses good. New bcm not programmed to vin. I thought I'd at least get some lights on the dash. Zero power to dash. Everything else has power

BCM has nothing to do with the engine at all. its the body control module, its the brain for the inside of the cab.

PCM is what controls the engine and tranny. power control module.
Would pcm go out and truck shut off while driving?

I thought this had to do only with the instrument cluster.

Has the voltage on both fuses for the PCM been verified?

What symptoms does it have? Crank, no start? No crank? Headlights work, or not?

normally not just dead like a switch went off. misfires and crap but just dead while driving, not normal. id start simple, battery, grounds, alt cable battery cables. a failed ground could kill the whole truck real easy.

Fuses for the pcm? Location of these? Is that the green and blue?

Radio, seats,ac, etc.. all work
I get nothing when I turn my key. No lights on dash no noise like it's trying to turn on.. just like turning a key to your house.
Headlights work

Where would I find failed ground?

It's in the Owner's Manual, available for free download from GM. If you don't have one, it might be handy. Underhood electrical center:

loose terminals. theres normally a small ground to the fender off the neg cable. follow the neg cable to where its mounted. the cable could be bad too if you see bare metal showing and its factory, they do just go bad. under the truck theres two more grounds driver side under your feet near the rocker. and theres one more iirc its near the rad support driver side.

these fuse boxes suffer from rodents too, they like to nest and chew wires. worth it to pop the top open and take a peek inside and around it and all its wire harnesses.

im guessing you've already made sure its not just a stone dead battery? these trucks, no battery no run. like pull a cable running and its gonna stall.
