I have a feeling the set I have coming that has the hump completely shaved will fit but, it might be too close for comfort. If I have to run spacers I may get a hub-centric set the 1/4" set I have is about as cheap as it gets.

Keep me posted on that. I'm sure they fit the same on a NNBS so if I redo the brakes on the avalanche, I may as well upgadre.

I certainly will :waytogo:

Also, @randeez I just put the block into a vice and tried to spin the hose inside the block but it did not budge a bit. Not saying your wrong just saying I'm a little biotch:gayflag:.
Here are some up close pictures of the line with the seal it had when it leaked, I see no failure with the seal or any cracks or holes that would allow a leak from there.

make sure its tightening down flat on the seal also

trying to describe it... but say where the bolt goes into the compressor. you put the hose on there flat and as you tighten the bolt its not bottomed out where the bolt is, so you tighten up that gap, but it pulls the aluminum block in further on that side, opening up the opposite side. you may need a washer or something to make the bolt tighten up before it pulls the one side in too far

I gotcha, I definitely take my time tightening the bolts down carefully and by hand, no dugga duggas. What's odd is it's been around 6 or 7 months since it happened last time which I believe was due to me pulling the head and bending the compressor way out of the way. Not sure what happened suddenly to make it leak everything out in a day.

Next time it's going together with a softball-sized glob of JB weld encapsulating the entire area.

that sucks.... im going to end up redoing the big hoses on mine also it looks like

I've always planned to do that, I have the badass hydraulic crimp tool. I wish they made compressors with AN fittings, I wouldn't mind paying out the ass for expensive high-pressure hose and extra expensive AN fittings. I just feel the single bolt design and o ring is terrible. Although it works on millions and millions of cars and trucks everyday so wtf do I know.

Thanks sweet cheeks

What size rotor is the 2021? IIRC the NNBS is 13" and NBS is 12"? We did that NNBS upgrade on my buddies sss

And good luck on that AC hose. Summer and no cold air sucks

It's already fixed and I returned the supposedly bad hose since it was under warranty. The NNNNBS rotors are 13.5" the main upgrade to that swap should be the 4 pistons.
