Better safe then sorry. Not a bad idea. I just recently started getting serious about using anti seize on automotive stuff. Boy oh boy does it save some knuckles!

Not sure. I actually thought about that but couldn't decide. Gonna use coarse or fine threaded bolts? That could possibly help in the decision.Or should I use locktite so they don't back out and I lose $150 center caps

Maybe Loctite then.not sure I will be running to ace in about a half hour and see what I can find. Hopefully some fine thread stainless because the wheels are thin and I want as many threads engaged as possible.
I have plastic snap in center caps on my Method wheels on my silverado and they sling off so easy even with a little glue to try and keep them in I gave up replacing them. Of course the tahoe wont be abused as harshly.
Same here-- never put much thought into it. I was just imagining it in my head. Figured a finer thread might allow it to back out some--maybe. Lock washer could be good too. Guess you'll find out. Good thing there's 3 bolts to every cap.Why loctite on fine but not coarse? I figured fine had more/better thread engagement which would cause more friction and less chance to back out. But I honestly never put any thought into this subject until now.
Looks a little high. Go with Loctite? What tire size did you go with? Not a cop not a cop not a cop not a cop........
Desperately needs bigger tires but wow they ride better quieter and less steering effort.View attachment 245336 View attachment 245337 View attachment 245338 View attachment 245339
