Are you a Ruger fan? Thoughts on lc9 or whatever they call it now? I've been meaning to get a small piece that will fit in my pocket nicely. My subcompact xd 40 isn't exactly the right fit for that

Also, thanks for that un-cropped version.:cocktail:

I considered the LCP but wanted a little more bite in the round.

Of course. Maximum concealability and comfort was my ultimate goal, so I chose the .380 to save those tenths of an inch and ounces. Another benefit of the 9 is that ammo is much more available and cheaper.

Thanks for the reassurance. I believe that dude will be my next "fun" purchase. I'll stop clogging up the meat...er, dans thread now

380 is for girls. Ruger makes great stuff but I personally carry a Sig P365 and love it. 15+1 9mm, a light, and optic. I carry in a Trex arms sidecar apendix holster.

Might have found my ac issue. Relay is burned up for the driver side fan so it’s not kicking on. The question is what’s causing it to burn up like this.

Fine looking piece! I just want something that I can slide in my pocket. I'm not a EDC kinda guy but I like to have one with me in certain situations, aka vacations and what not. Having one that will easily fit in my basketball shorts pocket and not pull them down or be super obvious is what I'm in the market for. My xd is a heavy mofo. I bought it because it would fit in the console of my Camaro. Wanted a 40 back then because I was cooler than a 9mm...

Now it's more about having more than 380 but in that smaller size.

As far as the fan relay, any wires messed up in the harness? Maybe it's just a case of a failed part?

That's SWEET!!
Guns are a strong competitor to trucks as my biggest hobby. I really put my stuff through it’s paces not just an indoor range session once a month. The Sig has been a nice upgrade to the old drug dealer gun I used to carry lol.

4D is whut dem goons be packin dawg. For a pocket 9 I have no idea what to suggest, probably a Ruger they are very very nice, my gym gun is a LCRX 3” 38spc. They didn’t have the magnum rated 3” X when I bought it. It probably weighs less than the loaded mag in the sig and is more accurate than I’ll ever be. But putting a wheel gun in my pocket is a hell no, whatever you get needs at least one safety if there won’t be anything guarding the trigger.

As for the AC I did two things to fix it. (God I hope it’s fixed and wasn’t just playing nice for a few miles).

1 was the relay which I think might have burned up when I was playing with ram settings last year, I remember having it to kick on and off much to often and after a few weeks I switch it but it may have already burned up the one relay it looked old.

2 I copied all the idle adaptive parameters from my buddies Denali tune to mine and it seems to work great!

I believe the lc9s has a safety, I think anyway. Maybe it was the ec9? I def want more than a trigger pull safety. Don't wanna blow my member off.

And lol @ gym gun. Mfr has a gun for every occasion

Edit: yes, it appears to have a safety. The pro model, no longer made, did not have a mechanical safety

They do make super slim pocket holsters which aren’t much more than a trigger cover. Since you likely won’t be quick drawing from your pocket it wouldn’t be a big deal if there was an extra step involved in getting the gun into the fight.

Yeah a gun for every occasions sounds right, just like strap ons.

Strap-ons...my man!

Yeah, I'd get a small pocket holster for it, just to keep it from getting beat up while not in my pocket. I hope to never have to use a gun but it's sure nice to have peace of mind. You walk around full of peace. I like it
