Maybe it was only on specific models that have longer hubs that would have made contact if they were not spaced. My trailer had that issue but was solved with wheel spacers which it needed no matter what due to the backspacing and wider tires contacting the deck.

To space duh.

I would have never come to that conclusion.

I know you're not in Texas, but Florida is closer to Texas then NJ! Believe me--you'll like them . I did pay $50 for mine used--but they were brand new.
