Hey everyone I need some help. My ride is terrible in my 2004 Denali XL.

Over the last few years I have replaced my air air shocks with
*stock rears and a Arnott compressor
*Arnott air shock replacements same compressor
*bilstein shocks (yellow hd) and springs (99020)
*and most recently Arnott non air front/rear/spring replacement set that disables the air ride. Full set

This ride is still poor, do I maybe have a control arm issue, any other things I can things I can troubleshoot?

My rotors are less than 6 months old, so I don't think my rotors are bad, but I have tremendous rumble in the steering wheel, uneven roads cause rough ride comfort, and also tires (all four wear the same) have a serious rounded edge on the outer rim. 20" rims 275/60/20 tires

And for example when going in reverse slowly, with the steering turned all the way to the right (facing passenger side) it feels as it the tires are catching on something, like maybe my bumps stops on the lower control are off or something?

Any ideas?

Improper wearing of the tires means poor alignment, worn suspension components or both.

wearing on the outside is normal for the fronts due to the design of the steering. If you've been rotating them correctly, you will see the wear on all four. As far as the rumble, is it speed specific? Around 60mph is where you'll feel a tire imbalance. If you are feeling it more than just as that speed, I would look at your CV joints up front. You may have a broken joint. That would also cause the binding you feel while turning and backing up
