Try these three things, but NOT ALL AT ONCE. Do one, then check for the issue. If it is still present, move to the next item and when done, check for the issue again. That way you can tell which one (hopefully) fixes your problem.
1. Clean the MAF (you'll need special spray at your local auto parts store)
2. Clean the throttle body
3. Check for intake gasket leaks by spraying carb cleaner around the edge of your intake. If the RPMs change at any point while you're spraying, you've found an intake gasket leak.
