2005 Tahoe blower issues

I have automatic temp controls in the front of my vehicle. The blower quit working. I swapped the one out from my Silverado and found it to be the resistor. I am having trouble finding one to replace. I didn't know if there were multiple options. Most I find only have one set of wires running out and mine has two. Any help with multiple models would be appreciated. I don't want to break the bank so if one works for less money that would be good. Included is a picture of mine...
