Just recently purchased a 2005 tahoe and the rear passenger windows squeak when you roll them up on both sides. You can put a little pressure on the window from the outside and it stops. I had an 03 before this that never had this issue. Any ideas?

Probably needs the tracks to be lubed. My 05 Escalade does this on both sides as well.

My 05 yukon does the same thing. I think it`s just the window felt strips rubbing them and squeaking. If they`re wet they don`t squeak.

Is there anything you can put on the felt strips to stop the squeak? My front driver and passenger side squeak real loud just for a sec whenever I roll then down.

Mine does this too. The rear doors also squeak when they open. I have tried everything to correct this. I chalk it up to GM quality. ;)
