2005 Tahoe whistling when gas pedal depressed

When depressing gas pedal in park or drive there is a loud whistling sound coming from the engine. Any ideas anyone?? is it the cooling pump or clogged injectors... help please!! thanks

oher then the whistling is there any driveability problems? did it just start whistling one day? does the whistle get stronger or louder the more you put your foot on the accelerator
pop the hood see if you can possible pin point it could be yer bearings in one of the pullys
id take off yer serpantine belt real quick and start it and see if it goes away but only run it briefly with out the belt

There are no driveability problems. I was on the freeway and noticed it. I turned off the air the radio and anything else I could think of... I can't tell if it's coming from a pulley or from under the plastic shield where the injectors are. The harder the accelerator is depressed the louder the whistle!
