Hello forum,
I recently had my 2005 tahoe throw a CEL with codes p0101 and p0113. Decided to change the MAF sensor and noticed the black wire on the pigtail harness is broken. From what I found, this is the IAT reference (-). The truck is scheduled to have the pigtail replaced, but my mechanic is swamped and I have to wait a couple weeks.

My question is, can I safely drive the truck with this issue? Thanks in advance for the help!

Provided you do NOT drive like an @$$hat during warmup, should be no problem
(although you may not get any additional benefits from 89 / 91 / 93 octane until the wiring is repaired).
