No rear blower . Took it apart . Checked 11.08 volts go to resistor and 2.5 volts going to the blower . So Replaced resistor with pictured had to wire in new plug . Now if fan set to high there is 3.5 volts going in and 2.4 volts coming out from new resistor when all plugged in.. do I have the wrong resistor or is something else before the resistor is malfunctioning. Any pointers be great . I did try and unhook battery and reset everything. Same problem . IMG_20231207_221107731.jpgIMG_20231207_221117941.jpg

Is this a modular control problem or is it a burnt wire somewhere in the harness. Is there any way to know . Checks full battery power at fuse 12.02 but only 11.08 at rear hot fan wire. And if plug everything in . Goes down to 3 volts before resister and 2.8 volts after resister at fan.

9.5 volt at rear harness by fan . Could this be a grounding problem?

I need to unhook this harness to check for burnt rear blower motor wire ..do I just unhook the battery first to not cause any air bag issues ? Please advise .

Wired the 2 orange wires together . With a water proof solderless connection. **** works perfect. I'm going to put a new fan in just to be on the safe side. As one in there is original..and might draw extra amps might be why it burned the harness connector..
