2006 YXLD heated seats sporadically won't turn on...

Every so often right after I start up my truck the heated seats will not turn on (maybe like 1 out of every 10 times I use them). After turning off the truck opening the driver door, closing the door and restarting the truck, then the heated seats will turn on like normal. what would cause the problem and whats the fix?

Check all your connections in the under seat harnesses. Check for any that are corroded and/or loose wires. Also is your driver and passenger side heaters doing the same thing?
