Love my 2014 LS.
I am rough on this vehicle and it just keeps taking it.
Lowered a bit in the rear, 22" Helo's and its a daily driver.
Only problem is drivers side window switch went bad and had to replace entire cluster ( $150.00 part on internet)

I would definitely do it again. I would look for an 09+ and 4wd this time around. It’s been such a great platform to build off of and it does great both on and off-road.

I’m not on here much, but if you have Instagram you can send me a DM there with any questions: @Tahoe.Adventures

Had a 2006 SSV 185K miles and rand like a scalded dog. Reliable as all heck. Gave the SSV t my son. Bought a used 2010 LS and would by a 2019 if the prices were fair.

Had an '05 for years, bought my 2012 new. It's been a great ride. I've got mine leveled, and take it out back in the mountains quite a bit. With regular maintenance, I've had almost no trouble.

I'd get another GMT900 without thinking twice.

Had a '12 Yukon SLT that was totaled by insurance.

I went to the dealer and picked up a '14 Yukon SLT.

Both were used but love(d) them both!

While I've said it before on other consideration threads - get the 6 speed....I really dont have any issue with my 4 speed. If I'm towing at speed, what its going to run 500 more revs? Oh well. I also knew there there were no other 07+ burb 2500s in the area when I bought mine, so it was not an option to be picky. Outside of the repairs, which I suppose are in line with a 150k vehicle, I could still make out a little ahead if I were to sell it.[/QUOT

6 speed available on the 2014 Tahoe? is that a rare thing or pretty common?
Thanks.

Looking at replacing my Jeep and started looking at the Tahoe. Seem to be pretty reliable - my main concern.
So the question is : having experienced one - would you do it all over again...?
I would not purchase a Tahoe if had to do all over again. Great ride, roomy, and comfortable, but cost of repairs is ridiculous. Major engine issues at 75K miles is not reasonable. Also sick of replacing electric window motors, blend doors, brake switches, computers, audio components, rear hatch parts, etc. My brother has a Highlander with none of those issues.
