Hello,
I have a 2007 Yukon Denali (85k miles) that has flashed the crank sensor code twice over the past 50 miles- the check engine light is not on and the car seems to be running ok.
I was thinking about simply changing the sensor but, before doing so I wanted to check to see if replacing it was a "plug & play" deal or does it require some sort of programming with a scanner?
I thought the best way to get to it might be to remove the tire and the plastic inner splash shield to reach the starter so it would be a straight shot to the sensor. Anyone else have a better way of reaching it?
Thanks,
Dan
