J my rims are 22s ... so my tire is 285/45/22.
The spec tire size for that 20" is 275/55/20 ... but you can go a little wider if you want to, like a 285/50/20. But please don't buy crap tires like Lexani.
The sidewall height difference is going to be 1/3 of an inch less on the 285/50. http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos
Personally I'd go for the wider tire.

There's usually no issue with rubbing stepping up just one tire size, but you might want to run it by another nbs owner to be 100% sure.
