new to the board and new to owning a Tahoe. My 2007 seems to sit about 1.5inches higher in the front than rear. Measured fender to ground 38" in front 36.5" in rear. Bought it used and wondering if this is normal. Compressor kicks on when I hook my boat to it or people sit mid row back. Can you add rear spacers to level up without setting DTCs? Also is this a normal stance on the LTZ 4x4? Not used to the front being higher than the rear on a truck.

Thanks for any advice!

The front should sit about 1.5" lower stock. Sounds to me like someone added a 3" spacer to the front. U can add a spacer to the rear but you'll have to do another mod to keep your autoride functioning normally. Do a search in the suspension section its been discussed quite a bit

Somethings not right. It could be the front is stock and the bags are blown in the back and making it sag. Could be a small lift up front... Could be a number of things. Really need some pics.

Looks like I have Rancho quick lift front shocks and stock rears. The rears look a little rough. Not sure the rears are actually holding air.

looks like the front is lifted 2 ish inches. Rear looks about normal.

So it's up to you on what you want to do. Lift the rear to match the front with some spring spacer and put an aggressive tire on it.

I am going to install 1.5" spacers. Will I need new rear shocks or shock extenders?

I didn't need shock extenders when I had 1.5" spacers but I def needed them after my rear 3" spacer, bilstein 1500s and lift coils. Just remember if you go higher than 2 inches to also install longer rear sway bar links.

One more question. Can I unhook the link to the auto leveling until I receive my extender kit for it.
