So under hard expectations I get a vibration in the steering wheel. At about 40-45 I get the same vibration then it goes away until 60-75 when it gets much worst.
So far I have checked the motor mounts by giving it gas in drive and reverse. The motor flexes the same both ways. I’ve greased the front and rear drive shafts going into the transfer case with marine grease. Checked all the u-joint. Had the tires road forced balanced twice under belle tire warranty. Had the aliment checked.
I’m pretty stumped on what to do next.

1. This might sound like a stretch but do you have a dented or cracked wheel?

2. Did you verify that your motor mounts aren't broken? Your motor really shouldn't move much.

Well for anyone else having this same vibration going on, my fix was a new rear drive shaft.

Balance your front tires. A vibration in the steering wheel is almost always attributed to this. A wheel weight may have fallen off or its just plumb time to do it again. Take it to another shop and have them balance the tires or just rotate them and see if the source of the vibration changes.

I’ve had all the tires road force balanced 3 times all by different shops. Replaced both u-joints on the old shaft. Then payed almost 400 for a new shaft. She rides like brand new now. [emoji108]

Have you checked the Motor mounts?
My vibration was with hard acceleration and horrible vibration around 65-80.
Did they say anything about your drive shaft when they balanced it?
