Last week I got my Tahoe back from engine builder - cam'd, head work, AFM/DOD delete, overbore, etc. When I went to pick it up the 1-2 shift was VERY hard, and I had them take it back to dyno-tuner. However, he went too far and not she shift's sluggishly in all gears. I uploaded the dyno-tuner's tune to my Diablo I3 successfully. From one of you smart guys out there..... Can I connect my Diablo I3 tuner and change the shift pressure ONLY??

I don't think so. I think you'd need Lew's help using his software to make a custom tune for you.
You can get HP Tuners or better yet, have @BlackBearPerf work with you on a custom tune, given all of your mods. Everyone here who's used them has been happy, AFAIK. They tuned my new cam in my 2012 and it's a beast.
It's just not shift "pressures" that determine how it shifts.
There are engine and transmission torque tables that have to be addressed.
Either go back to your Diablo CMR tuner or get with Lew as suggested if y
you want to keep the Diablo. Otherwise HPT or BB as suggested by Geo
