I really need some help here! I bought a 07 Tahoe LT 2 years ago. 2 of the 4 TPMS sensors didn't work then & now the remaining 2 have basically died also. Instead of paying the high price, I planned on waiting till I needed new tires, which is now. I know any place I buy tires will rake me for new TPMS sensors so I want to buy them on line & when I buy the tires, have them installed together. Ived looked on line but there are so many that claim to be OEM? Which will work fine & the cheapest store on line would be the best? Please, any help would really be appreciated! After 28 years, I was laid off (good old corp. America) so money is very tight but I also don't want to replace with an aftermarket headache! Thank you!

Hey bro, there is a TPMS link somewhere on this forum where someone discussed cheapest TPMS are on amazon and they just came up with an upgrade which are smaller and compatible. They were like low 20's each which is cheapest you will find. I bought one and it worked for me, strongly recommended. THey also last longer than the originals too. Do a search for TPS or TPMS or look up my name (I didnt start thread but I commented with link for the upgraded TPMS) and good luck. Always good to save $ whether you working or not. Yea corporate America is throat cut, no loyalty unfortunately.

Thank you so much! I remember seeing something like you said about Amazon but did find another site that sells, I think it was Dorman? And I think it was also smaller too, that is why I'm asking! I'm old school, you used to look at a tire & know if needed air! (73 Nova, 79 MonteCarlo Landau, & an 86 Monte Carlo Ss). Boy how I miss all those cars! thanks again!

Here is the link. I would compare prices but you know the one on amazon definitely worked for me.

I clicked on the link & according to Amazon it states that it will not work on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe?
The link says: AC Delco part #13598771 GM Original Equipment
Tire Pressure Monitoring system $18.59 Is this the same part number that you purchased & if so, it definitely works on factory aluminum 17 inch rims on a 2007 Chevy Tahoe Lt? Sorry to be a pain but just don't want to go thru the hassle of buying them, then it isn't the correct one! Please let me know!
Thanks Again!Scott

It definitely worked on my stock17s. I just pulled up the Amazon link and it says it won't work on my 2011 but multiple people bought even though it said it wouldn't fit. Someone said it worked for their 2010 and that's why i bought. I went to discount tire for programming even though some were unsuccessful.

I went to local auto store and picked up a few. Vdo is the brand I got. It works with oem air up/down procedure and also can use a tpms initializer tool to set it. For some reason the oem sensors I couldn't get the initializer tool to work
