Hi all.
I just recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe LT 4wd with 292K miles. At some point in it's life, the front strut assemblies were replaced with Monroe Quick Struts. The front end doesn't feel all that great and I would like to get it back to close to it's OE feel, or maybe a bit better. Mainly this vehicle will be seeing daily driver duty and some towing of my open car trailer. The rear has conventional Monroe Reflex shocks installed. It appears from the builds sheet that that it was originally equipped with Nivomats. The rear actually feels pretty good.

I tried to find the OE part number for coil springs, but obviously because I do not have the original springs, I do not have the tags to determine which springs I need. Does anybody have a suggestion for a replacement front spring? I saw that both MOOG and AC Delco offer a standard replacement and a "Heavy Duty" replacement spring. I was also interested in KYB Monomax or Bilstien struts. I would not be opposed to firming up the ride slightly, but would rather it not be too harsh. I am also open to the idea of bringing the front end to level or closer to level with the rear end, but top priorities are safety, control and ride quality.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
