I preparing to do the NNBS front brake upgrade. I have found many helpful threads and videos. One thing though i have found little info on. Although all 2007-2020 Tahoes seem to use the same rotors and pads, 2007-08 seems to have its own unique part number for front calipers 18FR2246N/18FR2247N while 2009-2020 uses a different one 18FR2659N/18FR2660N. So what is the difference? They both appear to have dual 2" pistons, and approximately the same configuration. Is the newer one improved in some way? Is the older one somehow more compatible with our NBS brake lines? Does it not really matter? Thanks for any insight!
