2008 chevy tahoe blower motor question

Hi im new here so hope im doing this right, I have a question about my 2008 chevy Tahoe, I need to replace the blower motor but I cannot get the cover over it off, I believe it is called the blower motor insulating cover anyone have any ideas is it just a few screws im missing? any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!!

sounds like you may have missed the middle screw

There are either 3 or 4 screws holding it on some are rather hidden and difficult to put back in especially with a center console, once out you just fight it out.
