I’m not 100% positive on this but the pulsating could be the alternator. I have noticed a pulsating too. I think the only way to verify is to put a new factory alternator on your vehicle to see if it rectifies the issue. There never seems to be better equipment than factory unless you go with a performance upgrade. Stock replacement and remans never work as well.
