2008xl fuse block removal to replace fuse box

trying to remove fuse box, however the the blocks underneath the box won't release, how does one pull the blocks or disengage them

they are clipped on you need to use a thin flathead or picktool to release them, if you look at one of the blocks online you can see where the tabs are

I had to change the main fuse panel in thecopcar shortly after I got it. The whole thing took 15 minutes.
