2009 chevy suburban 2500 6.0

Good morning everyone,

I was wondering what performance mods you can do to the 6.0 motor in an 09 chevy suburban z71. Was thinking of roller lifters and roller rockers but don't know how much of a difference that would be and if it's worth it. Will take all suggestions for any performance mods.

The performance mods are nearly unlimited for your truck. Can you give us a better/more detailed picture of what you would like to accomplish, as well as your budget?
Motor/Power? Suspension/lift/handling? Interior/exterior lighting? Tires/Wheels?

These engines already have roller lifters.

IDK about roller rockers (unless you are making a lot more power, probably not worth it.)

A more aggressive cam and send it...

What about exhaust systems? I've been told that the engine prefers to work off back pressure and that an exhaust system would hinder it more
