2009 Denali DVD Headrest Not Working

New guy here... I have a 2009 Denali with the Invision DVD headrest monitors. Both Monitors will power up. I can get the screen to state Monitor A, B, AUX, and Channel. However, when I put in a DVD the DVD will not play. It will load and eject but not play the dvd. The remote still works both monitors. The screen is just black. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like maybe the dvd player itself is having some issues. I assume you have tried other dvd's? They make a dvd cleaning disc, that could help. Otherwise you might need to replace the player.

I have tried 4 or 5 different DVD's. I will try the dvd cleaning disk. What's is head scratching is that both monitor starting acting up at the same time.

Are you trying DVDs or Blu-Rays? They won't play Blu-Ray....

Not trying Blu-Ray. I tried the DVD cleaning disk and the player didn't even play it. So I'm assuming the player it self bit the dust. Just crazy how they both went out at the same time.

Just replaced one of the DVDs players and it still doesn't work. I assume it is the black control box. Does anyone have the part # or where I can get one. Thanks!
