I've heard of this happening before. Some USB chargers generate so much EMF interference that it actually messes with the electronics in the vehicle. Do you remember what brand it was and what it looked like so we can all avoid it?

There was a tsb issued I believe it was for the 2012 and newer that ran across a while back but can’t remember where I found it if said did not pertain to 07-11’s. But as we can see it pertains to all of them. lol.

Me too. My dealership said it would be around 1400 (10hrs labor)to check all the firmware for updates plus the cost of the updates.
I used the AC delco website and my bidirectional scanner at home and was done checking in about 1 hr.

Wow… I have one very similar to that we use in the 2nd row for the kids. Going to swap it out for a known-good Anker one. Thanks for the follow up.
