We are on an emergency road trip from houston to salida kansas and back in under 24 hours and the cruse has gone kaput intermittently. 99 percent sure it is the brake light switch. Anyone have tips or a general o review of how to do the fix? Time estimate?

Thanks!

@bos lol, good one bro. You can also try w40, spray a little bit in there, w40 is not conductive, so you can use it around electricity, and since it's a lubricant, it will release the dry mechanism inside the switch, making the cruise kick in.

Thanks guys ... Given the midget proportions required to do the job we decided to try the sideways pedal wiggle when it stops working. Now approaching Ardmore ok on the flip side
