I've tried a few different aftermarket headlight assemblies for our 2008 and 2013 Tahoe's. All wound up being failures. Either bad fits, leaking, terrible beam pattern, or flaky/useless adjustment. I eventually just went with OEM GM assemblies. Perfect fit, working adjustments and correct beam pattern. I also replaced the halogen bulbs with quality (key here is QUALITY) LED's. The cutoff is perfect and non blinding to oncoming traffic. The only mod for LED's is you may need to trim a little of the framing behind the assembly for LED bulb fan clearance. Simple and easy with a small grinder.
As a side note, the closest to OEM I've found are Dorman. They are good quality, OEM fit and function at half the cost. But the small reflector cup in front of the low beam bulb is ever so slightly different. They work fine if you stay with halogen bulbs, but have a funky beam pattern if you install LED bulbs. Again, the factory OEM assemblies work great with LED bulbs.
