I have a 2010 Denali. I noticed coolant leaking from the T Connection that attaches to the heater hose. I replaced it and the coolant leak stopped however, I have a new one. After putting the new connector on it started leaking from the heater core connection.

Could I have a faulty connector or did I not push it in far enough? It appears in far enough because I can't remove it without pressing the quick release tabs.

Any suggestions? I do have a new part ordered.

I will upload the video to YouTube later and share.

Looking at the picture. The first leak was on the left. The new leak is coming from the top.

What is the best way to get the connection off? I used my fingers last time. I bought these in hopes they would help. Does not appear to fit over my old one. Hoping it fits when the part is actually installed.

I usually cut the tabs with dykes and remove them, then you can take the inner piece off with out any trouble.
