Brent, I'm assuming you'll just roll without a spare going forward? I've wanted to do this for years but being a vehicle we take on road trips I can't roll without a spare so curious to know what you'll do (if anything)

Yeah basically. No spare and going to get the OEM tire repair kit that came with the 13 Premiums. We do travel a ton in this car as well. But I thought about it if I ever did get a flat in the front I would then have to switch tires that are on the truck to the front then put the spare on the rear. Just to much hassle. Plus I have AAA.

Yeah, I have AAA too but there are times when you're in a less populated portion of the state where waiting on a tow truck would be a hindrance which is why I ask. Obviously, with your brakes you have to run a "bigger" spare than the normally provided 17 anyway. :hmm:

Yeah. So thinking OEM tire repair kit will at least get me to where I need. As I am in the same with going to the Pocono's a lot you travel through less populated areas. I am kinda thinking about taking my spare up there and leaving it. While at home I will at least I always have a spare set of rims around.

Yeah, good thinking. So that spare kit is something you can use on the side of the road? I should do some googling on that. If I could make it work and give the wife "peace of mind" at the same time I'll do it.

Yeah I know. The spare tire kit has a Jell supstance (like fix a flat) that plugs the hole and has a little compressor to blow the tire back up. I also seen something called I think Slime that does the same but it is not as bad as the jell stuff. That can be cleaned out easier.

Slime is not bad. Green thick liquid. I have a little compressor to air up the tires if something ever happens. Plus a can of fix a flat too. Excited to see the premium bumper on...
