Getting a clunk or bump when first accelerate then goes away, wife took it to dealer and was told it need a transfer case bushing but they would have to order it. I have searched the net and I don't see a mount bushing for the transfer case I only se the trans mount as the AWD transfer case is bolted off the tail shaft.
Does anyone have an idea I emailed dealer for a picture but when they look it up there is no image.

It's usually either the driver's side motor mount or the transmission mount.

The front differential mount bushings were bad on mine, and it produced exactly the clunk symptom that you are referring to. I had both mounts replaced (came with new bushings), and the clunk was gone.

Other folks on this Forum have experienced the same symptom, and changing the mounts resolved their issue.

Trans mount and motor mounts are all brand new and all new u-joints after fresh 6.2 engine rebuild, I didn't even think of looking at the front Diff mounting mounts for wear. I'll get it on the rack and have my son due torque load on it in drive while if under it and check the mounts for the diff.

maybe they are referring to the rear shaft yoke bushing which is part of the transfercase.

the front diff bushings on the left side are weak and need to be replaced ordered the whole mount instead of dealing with the press in bushings
