2010+ nav radio in 2007

just bought a 2007 denali xl. thought it had Bluetooth like the 2010 I recently had - but it doesn't.

can I install a nav radio from a 2010 or 2012 and have Bluetooth?

At minimum you need VCIM from model year with Bluetooth.

Bluetooth is not in the radio, it's in the VCIM.

any recommendations for an aftermarket unit? I haven't bought a aftermarket stereo for a car in over 10 years - but when I did, I always bought kenwood excellon. i'm looking for siriusxm, nav, rear camera, Bluetooth with oem controls (I will upgrade the steering wheel control to 2010+), and interact with oem rear dvd screen.
