Hello everyone,

I bought a brand new 2010 Yukon Xl SLT with a ton of miles today. Sure seams like a nice vehicle and so far so good. Question, is it possible to play music from a smart phone through the blue tooth system? If not is there a way around this?

Thanks for your help!

I don't know about your first question, but I assume your second question is referring to the headphones for the rear seat DVD system?

If so, here's where I would get them:

Expensive: Dealership - OEM quality
Mid-range: Amazon - Typically an aftermarket product that looks and functions like the factory one
Cheapest: eBay - Very cheap aftermarket stuff or maybe get a great deal on a used OEM unit

I don't know about eh 2010, but we have a 2008 with the nav and xmradio. We picked up an aftermarket setup called isimple. Best buy carrys it be we got it on ebay for $79. It basically turns you xmradio into a bluetooth audio, phone setup. So far it has worked flawless and the audio quality is amazing both for music and phone calls. It utilizes all your steering wheel controls and sound comes out through all your speakers. It is very easy to plug in as well.

No that one only streams music to your aux input. It is this one, it is much pricier at best buy but that cost includes installation and if you dont feel comfortable taking your radio out that might be best for you. If you are ok with doing it yourself, ebay has them for $79 plus shipping.

I have been going back and forth on all of the aftermarket bluetooth options. Im wondering with this if you have to install the microphone or can you leave your phone connected to the factory phone system and only use this for streaming music to through the car?
