Hey,
This is my first post on here... Been trolling for a while as I'm in the market for a "new" SUV for the wife. Our family is growing and we need to upgrade to something with a little more room.
I have a 2010 Yukon SLT home on a test drive now, it's fully loaded and has 100,000km (60,000mi) on it.
After further inspection it looks like there's a leveling kit on it, which I'm not overly enthused about as I'm more of a "lowered kinda guy".
Hopefully someone can help me out, here's a few pics I took today.
Grounds sloped back here so it looks a little Cali lean, but it doesn't on level ground:
Picture from the AD, as you can see looks level here... not so cali lean:
Rolling on stock size tires:
Front Suspension, looks like a spacer only on the top?
The rear looks stock, no spacer under the spring...
Couple pics next to a bone stock Yukon XL with same size tires:
Fender measurements on the XL are 36" up front, 38" out back. This one measures 37/37.25" up front and 37.5" in the rear.
Is it safe to say this thing has a 1.5" leveling kit up front?
Looks like the P.O. had larger tires on it before, definitely a few rub marks on the front inner wheel wells and a few signs of mud on the under carriage.
Interior is mint with heated black leather, heated bench 2nd row, sunroof, Rosen head unit, Advent flip down rear DVD, etc...
Exterior is so-so... Has a few light scratches down the sides, and a little bit of a fender bender on the front pass side bumper. Wheel well is kinked and the paint is scuffed along the front.
It run's and drives awesome, has brand new shocks, rotors and brakes out back. Other than the few exterior blemishes it looks pretty solid.
Also not so sure on the color, apparently some find it desirable but I've only ever owned black. It definitely seems to show less dirt though, which is nice!
Anyone have any pictures of a Leveled up front Hoe/Yuk rolling on 22's with street tires?
Anything else you guys think I should look for, or to be concerned about?
Any insight is appreciated, thanks !
