That sounds like a belt tensioner and when you cleaned the TB the idle changed and the sound changed because of the idle speed. Did you remove the belt like another member said? I had a Equinox do the same thing. TB need to be cleaned 30-50k miles.

Codes thrown are P0521 P0523, I've already replaced the oil pressure sensor (you can see it right around :40), boy was that a task.
I have not done the DOD delete, makes the noise with belt removed. I'm wondering if this is a lifter.
What do your ears tell you?
I had a bad belt tensioner that sounded like this on my 2011 Tahoe. No expert just 2 cents

Post the sound again with the serpentine belt off. There seems to be two things going on. One sounds like a bearing in the tensioner, idler, or alternator. The other sounds like a rattle.

I haven't read all the responses but the first part of the audio sounds a bit like an exhaust leak to me.

It sounds like its more to the front of the motor. It may just be the video. if its more to the front it would be the timing chain tensioner/guides. They are plastic and break when their old.
