I have never seen it over 195 or so. Typically floats around 180-190ish

Perfectly normal. I would caution about putting too large of an external cooler on the front since you won't be towing often and when you do it is not that much. Certainly nothing smaller than the oem external cooler and I think twice the size would not be necessary.
