2011 clock will not keep time

Yeah, it does sound like they're willing to do whatever to make you a happy customer so that is refreshing. I hope, for your sake, that the nav unit fixes the other issues as well. :)

Ok... new nav unit is in and appears to be working just fine. Didn't take very long to do.

They were also replacing the passenger side A pillar trim. Well..... they replaced it. Wrong color. It appears they ordered a titanium colored trim piece. The two colors are very similar, so I wasn't shocked that the tech didn't notice in the service bay. They were so embarrassed by the mistake. They said they were ordering another part immediately and hopefully would have it in a day or two. It takes about 10 minutes to swap out, so at least it will be a quick fix.
