Haha....was just throwing it out there. I know I would not roll with those caps either! ;)

+1... then again I wouldn't of bought the rims with the GMC caps knowing there were no chevy caps to begin with but at least you can make some $ off of it. :Handshake:

:High 5: I bought first and did my research later. Always gotta find out for myself :D I woulda beat myself up if I'd found out that I COULD get caps for them and the deal was already gone. Know what I mean?

Well, and my attitude has always been that when you want something done there's always a way to get it done one way or another but in this instance I'm not sure that's the case. At least, in a cost effective way! :) I was hoping to maybe just mod the OEM centers but being plastic that's a whole other ballgame :)

If I were you, i'd have them sanded down and re chromed, but I don't have the cap in front of me to see how complicated that would actually be.

That'd be a good idea if the letters weren't raised/stamped in. If you look at the back the indention of the letters are back there so you'd have to actually cut the letters out and then fill in the hole. With metal that's not too hard but with curved plastic I'm not so certain.... :)

I say keep 'em. They'll look great, GMC-branded or not. :D

I know this is kind of late. But I would of went to any decal store and get a domed chevy decal custom made to fit the center of the center cap and I think it would look great. I would think it would of costed maybe $50 to get done.
