2011 PPV Flash to Pass

Greetings!
2011 PPV
Headlights work, both Low and High beams. But the "flash to pass" does not.
Has anyone had this issue?
I'm looking for solutions!

Probably had a headlight flasher installed, which I think are sometimes installed on the firewall so if the wires are not connected it can't do the flash to pass try and find out where a wigwag would have been

If the high beams work I don't think it's a cut wire. I'd tend to think there's possibility an issue with the wiper stalk.

I had that exact problem, replaced multi function switch and solved it.

I had a problem with my high beams staying on constantly, even with the igition off. I replaced the stalk but no change. It turned out to be the round headlight switch next to the 4wd selector. Replaced it and back to normal.
