You have I believe 4 electrically controlled damper doors in your Heat/Cool system, and if they get out of calibration, the air flow is not directed to the appropriate vent as they should be.

I have a 2011 tahoe ppv. Ac blows cold but I have to turn it wide open to feel it. Any suggestions?
Does the blower motor move a lot of air? If not, have you verified that it does not have a clogged cabin air filter? If you are not the original owner, it is possible that someone installed the kit. There are actuators that control the temperature, where the air is directed to and where the air comes from. Any or all could be an issue and this is best solved with a Tech-2 to pull any internal BCM codes and to test the blower motor.

I hesitate to say to being changing them out one by one because they still need to be calibrated with a Tech-2. Some get away without doing it but I never have. First guess would be the driver's side temperature control followed by the recirc actuator. If you pull the airbag to replace the recirc actuator, might as well swap out the passenger side actuator at the same time.

Check that blower motor/resistor.

Was it a canine unit by change? there may be fur blocking airflow at the evaporator coil. If you don't have a cabin air filter already, this is a good time to add one, then clean the coil while you're doing it.
Yes a 2011 ppv
