I'll consider a tune if I decided to commit to the car. For now I'm riding on Manual and go to gear 6 only when I'm on the highway, so far so good, I've drove it around for a week and found a few other things about it that might need to be addressed.
1. Car squeaks doing low speed turns, I assume this is due to ball joints needing some grease. Would injecting some grease with a needle gun help? I'll have to buy the gun since I don't have one.
2. The car rumbles slightly when idling. I'm not sure if it's normal or not since I have no other Tahoe to refer to, but the vibration is enough that I can see the rearview mirror shake slightly, phone on a mount also. Both front passenger and me can tell that it's vibrating when idling.
3. Mine have a foglight, but the light control switch have no fog light button hah, I'm going to replace the switch with one that does and see if that will let me use fog lights. Edit: New switch still won't make fog lights turn on, I guess it is how it is.
4. Car have 9G8 RPO - Auto light delete, so lights don't turn on automatically. I've contacted a few Chevy dealers in the area but they're all very hesitant to help, said that GM now requires them to submit tickets to ask for instructions on how to remove the code. Finger crossed maybe I can get a dealer to help with this.
5. Reader gave off code P0138 - O2 Sensors high voltage, there's no light on the dash or anything that seems to cause issues, but should I be concerned about this or just ignore it?
