I picked up this 2013 Suburban at the end of September of this year and have decided to make it my business to turn it in to the vehicle I've always wanted and drooled over. My wife of course can't understand why I would do this to a perfectly good truck, but hey, that's what you guys are all here for. :D

I took delivery of my (30k miles used) Black Granite LTZ with sunroof and no factory DVD. Started by changing the DRLs to LED then the reverse to LED. At that point, I let my friends at A-Trendz in Chicago do their magic. I'll let my pics do the talking. Always open to hearing something practical but not too expensive. Already have too much $$$ invested here.

Here's a link to the build album. Thought I could post all the pics in this post.

Thanks. As for the pattern, my wacko painter came up with that one day. That's gone though as I changed the door since I took that pic. See album...

I'm a big fan of modding your drl/driving lights and running a dual LED switchback on either side.

Yes.

This is crazycrews truck a3ady4ur.jpg

22s ftw or get Escalade plats .

Lower it a little.

I have a 0/2 on my Suburban.

One day it will be a1/2 drop.

I guess that's a (really) bad idea in your book. I had been thinking of going for the molded OEM units due to the fact I drive as many as 1500 miles a week and thought it would save me from extra gunk buildup, especially in the rain/snow we get in the Midwest. What's your suggestion as an alternative besides frequent car washes?

Love the idea of the 22s from the t'blazer ss but I'm afraid of the ride getting all jittery. I spend too many hours on the road to risk my ride quality. It would also send my costs for new tires much higher and with my mileage it's a real consideration not just a 5 years expense. I have a buddy I could probably grab those wheels from though...
