2013 Tahoe headlight adjustment

Does anyone know if the headlights for a 2013 Tahoe be horizontally adjusted? If they can, where would those ingenious GM engineers hide the adjustment screws? Thanks!

There's no "adjustment" for it like there is vertically. However, if you loosen the bolts that hold it in, you can shift it left or right for a little movement/adjustment

Which way do the screws have to be turned to adjust the headlights up or down? An attempt was made but the plastic screws started to strip and movement so slow that it was hard to tell which way they were going. So frustrating for something that should be so simple man.
