We used the SS as chase trucks for 2 years before we were banned for weight classification.

At 100 you could stand on the brake on a SS and it would not stop if they were hot.

Trucks would literally have to take brakes so they could cool down after running a call if they were ******* the brakes before running another call.

Wouldn't any vehicle do that at 100 also? What makes an SS different than any other truck at high speeds?

They should have painted the calipers. Would have increased stopping power.

I'd rather buy a MM motor, wilwood big brakes, Kooks exhaust on factory wheels than pay that for a Callaway. Sorry, not worth it. Drive it off the lot and you're out $40k. Fail

What is the collectors status on these. I know of only one dealer in Iowa that has them but not sure nationwide. Are they numbered?

Chevy Tahoe over $25000.00 in Callaway upgrades, 450 hp asking $93,695.00 that's CDN pricing

I've seen new Callaway Tahoes sell for about $75K on ebay, and that's with the real black chrome Callaway 22s, and when the NNBS were still current gen.

You could have gotten an SLP edition Escalade Premium for that price.
