If you are feeling it at that slow of a speed and backing up and turning, I would be leaning toward the power steering/steering systems. Does it make the noise driving straight and make a slight turn left or right? Or is it at slow speeds only or tight turns, like when parking?

I feel the vibration and noise while driving straight or turning. Car doesn't seem to pull at all.

Ok, but answer ALL my questions. What speeds? Do you hear/feel the vibes and noises at parking lot speeds or road speeds or both? It would really help if you would answer all questions asked. Sometimes people tell us what they THINK we need instead of what we ask about. There is a method to our madness when we ask questions.

What about that new CV Axle? How are the brake pads? Are they seated and moving, does the floating caliper move a little when you tug on it?
Cv axle on driver side was just replaced, checked both and they both seem fine.

Just did a full break job a couple months back so brakes should not be an issue.

How much movement is too much with the caliper? The driver moves just ever so slightly but still feels tight.

Only a slight movement is needed ro check the brake caliper. A lot of movement would be an issue. You just want it to be able to float in a relaxed position when not needed. Binding would be bad as well.

Have you checked the front diff fluid? Or changed it in the past?

Is your truck 4wd. If so, does the TC engage and disengage properly? Does the noise get any worse if in 4-HI on grass or gravel, not pavement. Was AUTO 4wd used on a regular basis on dry pavement during its life?

Last suggestion would be to jack up all 4 wheels, put it in 4-HI, then let it idle in gear and listen for something similar to what you've experienced - inside and outside the vehicle. Sweep the steering left to right when wheels are spinning to test cv shafts for potential noise at extreme angles.

Have not checked diff fluid, have not changed it since I have owned it. (Only a couple months)

It's 4wd, it seems to engage and disengage fine with no noise. Have not put it into 4-HI a.d driven off road as I have not needed too.

It has ways been on Auto since I have owned it.

It would be pretty impossible for me.to jack the car off all 4 to be honest.
