2015 Tahoe Random gauges no screen or lights

2015 Tahoe LTZ

Both screen and all gauges do not light up. You can still see the gauges, but the screen is very dim. It is like no light is coming to all gauges and screen. A couple minutes later they both light up. Does not happen every start.

Any ideas?

could be a bad connection where the cluster plugs in???
