OP, did you get this resolved? I have a 2017 Yukon that has the exact same thing. I can feel it coming from what I think is front right (pass). I swapped out wheels and tires and it definitely helped a lot, but it's still there. I'm just shy of 70k miles on mine, so I'm going to replace the wheel bearings and the CV axles to see if that helps. I wanted to wait until the Powerstop brake kit came in, but alas, Zoro cancelled my order so I have to reorder (probably from Amazon). The issue comes and goes in severity, so I'm thinking it's most likely wheel bearings.

Hate to revive a 1 year old thread but I'm experiencing the same vibration at 75-80 mph on my 2016 GMC Yukon. Seems to have started after I replaced my 22" Michelin Defender LTX M/S with the newer M/S 2. I've had them balanced a 2nd time now at Tire Discounters since they told me the person who did them the first time was let go.

The tires IMO have a much stiffer ride than the original which I hate. Just today replaced rear shocks at 90K miles as they were but that didn't help the vibration.

Targeting the front shocks next as they are original to the truck.

Has anyone finally figured out the cause of the vibration?
