2015 yukon denali A/c blend doors

Is there a way to get the blend door to close more. I've changed the upper passager side our already but it's still not closing all the way. I'm still getting not getting cold air on my passager side. I've removed the actuator and manually closed the blend door all the way and I get cold air. I pluged the actuator back up without it being installed and set temp to lowest setting and could see the actuator move. Soon as I install it back in its slot and the screws line up. I can see the blend door sprocket has moved maybe a couple centimeters making a gap.
